Black Panther Workout: Chadwick Boseman Workout

f you are dying to see more Black Panter workout videos in action, then you can take a slight breather. Chadwick Boseman is trying to make the itch a little bit more bearable for fans of the Marvel superhero. The actor, who brought T’Challa to life in Captain America: Civil War, just posted a behind-the-scenes video from when Black Panther was still shooting.

In the clip below, you’ll see a slowed-down scene from one of the fight sequences that is in the Black Panther.

“The purpose of training is to tighten up the slack, toughen the body, and polish the spirit,” Boseman captioned the video, using a quote made famous by Morihei Ueshiba.

With the first video, we see that Boseman ensnares the other man’s arm which is holding the prop knife. Boseman deflects a series of attacks who is armed with the fake knife, to then circle aaround each other and show off some talented hand-to-hand combat.
